About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses the Al Munawar Rohani Center website and app, run by Khanqah E Anwar E Tariqia Shazlia. By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

• You must be an adult to create an account. You may make requests for family members you are responsible for.
• Keep your password and any backup codes private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Enter true details. Name and mother's name are used to prepare Istikhara, ilaj, Ijazat and taweez.

Spiritual guidance

Istikhara, Rohani ilaj, taweez, naqsh, Dua and every other service are spiritual guidance. They do not replace medical, legal or financial advice. Keep seeing your doctor and keep taking the treatment they prescribe. Offering hadiya or making a request is not a promise of any particular outcome.

Hadiya and payment

• Hadiya is shown in your country's currency. You transfer it yourself to one of the centre's accounts and upload proof; the centre confirms it after checking.
• A service, course or item opens once the payment has been verified.
• Refunds follow the Refund policy.

Calls and recordings

Calls take place inside the app and are private. A call is recorded only with your consent, and everyone in the call can see while recording is on.

Conduct

Use Paigham and calls respectfully. The centre may suspend an account that is used to abuse others or to misuse the service.

Changes

The centre may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Write to the centre through Paigham with any question.
