Calls
- If the centre cannot hold a booked call, you are offered a new time without further hadiya, or the hadiya is returned if you prefer.
- You can move a booking once, up to 6 hours before it starts. A booking cancelled within that time, or missed, is not refunded.
Written requests
Hadiya for a written request is returned if no reply has been sent yet and you cancel it.
Items, taweez and naqsh
- Personalised taweez and naqsh are prepared for the named person; once preparation has started they cannot be returned.
- Other items can be returned unused within 7 days of delivery. Delivery charges are not returned.
Courses and books
A course or digital book that has been opened is not refunded.
Voluntary hadiya
A voluntary hadiya or nazrana is a gift and is not returned.
How to ask
Open the order, booking or request and use the refund request, or write through Paigham. Refunds are sent back to the account the payment came from, after the centre has checked it.
