Privacy policy

What we keep

• Account: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country and city, and language.
• People you request for: their name, mother's name and the details a service asks for.
• Requests and records: bookings, written questions, Mareez files, Nuskha, orders, payments and receipts, and your Paigham messages.
• Practice: your daily amal counts and reminders.

We do not ask for your location on a map, and we do not use advertising or outside trackers.

Why

To provide the guidance, items and courses you ask for, to keep the centre's accounts, and to send you reminders and replies.

Who can see it

• What a mareez shares stays between the mareez and the Shaykh, and the staff the Shaykh allows.
• Staff see only the work they are given. A Numainda sees only the name, phone, address and items of the orders they deliver, never amounts or files.
• Phone numbers are never shown in calls.

Calls and recordings

Calls are end-to-end encrypted. A recording is made only with consent and is deleted automatically after the period the centre sets, unless it is kept on purpose.

Notifications

Notifications on your phone never show personal details; they open inside the app.

Your choices

You can update your details at any time in your profile, turn notifications off, and ask for your account to be closed. Financial records the centre must keep are kept for as long as required.
